All bitches being serviced by Grizzleys Turbo Booster (Sam) will be done by Artifical Insemination and The Draminski Ovulation Detector will be used to determine the optimum time to inseminate the bitch. The bitch is to come to our kennel at day 7 of her heat cycle along with 10 days worth of dog food.

CONDITIONS

STUD OWNER AGREES TO:

1. Provide bitch owner with a 3 generation pedigree of the dog

2. Take normal adequate care of the bitch while in our charge

3. Have the stud dog in good physical condition

4. Sign litter registration promptly and return to bitch owner

5. Provide a return stud service of the same dog to the same bitch if no pregnancy results from the mating or if there are not at least two live puppies, at no charge. To receive the return service, the bitch owner must notify the stud dog owner of failure to conceive or under two live puppies, in writing, not more than 70 days following the mating.

If the stud is no longer available for whatever reason, for the return service, the stud owner or agent reserves the right to offer a different stud to the bitch owner.

6. Provide the bitch owner with a written receipt for the stud service and a record of the breeding dates.

BITCH OWNER AGREES TO:

1. Pay the stud service fee of $600 before the bitch is serviced and to let the Dog owner have first pick of one puppy of either sex of the litter when the puppies are old enough to leave the bitch at 8 weeks of age.

2. Provide a 3 generation pedigree before servicing

3. Send bitch in good health and in season

4. Notify stud dog owner, in writing no later than 70 days after mating if no pregnancy results from mating or if there are not at least two live puppies resulted from the mating. Failure to do so will result in no return service being provided.

5. Keep the bitch properly confined following the breeding to ensure no other dog could mate her accidentally, before mating season is finished.

6. agrees to not knowingly sell or transfer puppies whelped as a result of this mating to any person or firm connected with the business of resale or wholesale of dogs.
